Eligibility Criteria

Indian citizens only

Aged 25 or under (born on or after

January 1, 2001 for 2026-27 cohort)

Recent graduates or final-year university students

Note:

If you are still pursuing your graduation, we encourage you to apply for our ICPC Internship Programme.

The Fellowship requires full-time commitment throughout the theoretical and the experiential learning module. Participants cannot hold simultaneous academic or professional engagements.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Stage 1:Online Application + Written Assessment (within 7 days)

After submitting the form, you must complete the written assessment within 7 days. This evaluation tests your analytical thinking, writing ability, and understanding of policy and governance. Your application will be considered valid only upon completion of written assessment.
